My prays are with you in this difficult time, it was never God's intention that any of us should see death but He has given us hope in the sacrifice of Jesus that we may have everlasting life.
Norman has fallen asleep but have faith that you will see him again on the day of our resurrection. In the meantime hold onto is memory and know that we were all blessed to have know Norman, a humble soul and a gentleman.
