Marina mou, thank you for all the joy you brought to our lives with your charisma and your exuberance! You were the life of the party, you were raw, and there was no grey area with you...you wore you heart on your sleeve and you were always willing to help those you loved. My heart aches for those loss of your physical presence here on Earth, but my heart rejoices in the freedom of your spirit. Your soul now joins that of our dear departed loved ones, and I find comfort that you are free from the confines of hurt, and sickness that comes with mortality. My final memories of you, and what love you've shown me and my family will be with us for a lifetime...today we say goodbye to your body, but I know from past experiences, you'll be visiting us often 🤍

While we are mourning the loss of our beautiful Marina, others are rejoicing to meet her in heaven 🌻 LOVE is stronger than death even though it can’t stop death from happening, but no matter how hard death tries it can’t separate people from LOVE💞. For many, a funeral is a ritual of loss and connection where we remember our loved ones who have passed and comfort the living. The coronavirus outbreak has altered that ritual and changed the way we say goodbye: the loss remains, the connections change. The family has the difficult decision of which ten people will attend the funeral. They are aware that many of you would like to attend but unfortunately, due to the restrictions in place, it is not possible. Following the service, a replay of the service, as well as a video presentation celebrating Marina's life will be available for viewing.
