Para mi padre, Firstly I want to say thank you to you all from the bottom of my heart for just being here. It is such a healing gift to be surrounded by your love & respect for my father. Thank you so much for coming and showing my family and myself that my Dad holds a special place in your heart. My Dad could always make you laugh. He could always cheer you up.. and he had a beautiful way of making you see that you should never take life too seriously. I am so proud to say that this is one of the best lessons he has passed down to me. Life is too short to let anything or anyone make you unhappy. Even when I was getting in trouble by my mum or grandma, he would look at me from the corner of the room & smile and giggle and I new everything would be ok. He never let another man down. He fulfilled every obligation he ever undertook. His word was his bond, and everyone knew it. My dad had a very youthful spirit and would randomly do goofy things when the urge struck. His sense of humor was witty and super dry at times, and was known to have quite the potty mouth. I actually resemble him more than I realised. Viejo, You were the first man that made me smile, the first man that made me laugh and the first man I Loved. Thank you, Dad, for being the most incredible father I could have ever wanted. I’ll miss you more than I can ever say. I will miss hearing you call out ‘Flaca’ and miss our chats. Especially your no filter ones. J’DEN, Kyle, Masón, Estian, Sofia & Daniel you were all the light of your grandfathers eyes. He loves you all very much. I love you Dad. I’m 41 now but I will always be your little girl. I know your in a better place ..... but my heart is broken. Till we meet again Papi - you’ll be forever in our hearts.
