Hi Rita and the Hajjar Family 

My deepest condolences. Found out about the passing of Lina from her WhatsApp profile photo😢

I met her when she joined Sydney Trains and she was a very lovely and kind hearted lady as well. 

I remember our lively and much enjoyable  after work / pre Christmas drinks with another colleague as well where we had some very interesting conversations about her dating events. Her presence and cheery attitude will be missed going forward at these events. My solace lies in the fact that she is now resting in peace with no suffering.

The beauty of the Lord is with Lina. Remembering Lina volunteering at Jesus Cares Ministry always showing compassion and love for the homeless and for us too. Lina, strong and kind, praying for others even when she was unwell, and I am grateful for meeting her. Love and prayers for Lina's beloved, Believe always 💖💫

Lina Where do I begin? You were the most amazing friend, kind, thoughtful and caring always. You were valiant and brave throughout your illness, fighting everyday to win the battle. I will always miss our conversations and our happy outings. I hope you are at peace now, without pain and in God's loving arms. Until we meet again much love Ann xx

Dear beautiful Lina

Miss you dearly my friend,  but rejoice in the knowing that you are in the arms of our Lord and savior. 

Thank you for your friendship. It was kind, real, honest and true. Even in the depths of your own sorrows you showed great caring, compassion and love to me and to many others.

Thank you also for being a great inspiration to us all of great strength, courage, and faith. You fought so  relentlessly and valiantly…  as we all watched and cheered you on. Bearing witness to the remarkable glory of God in you. 

I will fondly remember… the dinner you took me to at the Lebanese restaurant in Parramatta. It was the best Lebanese food I have ever eaten!… our day at Cronulla beach and your victory jump on the sand….The wedding we drove to together in Wollongong….Eating vegan cheese and figs and drinking non alcoholic vegan wine at your place….And our very special last Christmas celebration together in hospital. 

I pray you forgive  me for not being able to “seal the deal “ for you and help you out of hospital like you’d asked me to…

Hope youre resting in Gods peace and having the time of your life in eternity!

My Dearest Lina

I miss you so much already. We planned to go to beautiful events and that you would show me Lebanon.. you can now show me heaven when we meet again.
