Not in grief: She is no more
But live in thankfulness that she was
Inner beauty without vanity
Courage with ferocity
Virtues without the vices
Soft at the edges and tempered with steel
Always the whole, unvarnished truth
A storm in its perfect power
The colours of a western Sydney rainbow
That upward gaze of Gloucester Street
We cannot see you now, but always by our side
You finished the marathon and You kept the faith
The very few with a paintbrush on our souls
